Take a gentle pause from the rush of everyday life and reconnect with your inner calm. This workshop combines the grounding flow of yoga with the quiet creativity of meditative painting — a space where movement and art meet mindfulness.

We'll begin with a soothing yoga session to release tension, open the body, and center the mind. From that stillness, you'll be guided into a meditative art experience — painting intuitively, letting colors and shapes flow without judgment or expectation.

No experience in yoga or art is needed — just an open heart and a willingness to explore. Leave feeling centered, inspired, and deeply connected to your creative energy.
