Start your day with a yoga session in the Jardín del Turia, the park that runs through the heart of Valencia, right next to the Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències. We'll practice breathing techniques and guided meditation to clear your mind and release tension. Suitable for all levels, no experience needed.
Afterwards, sit down to a Mediterranean brunch with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Almost 3 hours to move, breathe and eat well, outdoors, in good company.
