The aim of my yoga practice is to improve mobility, strength and posture, reduce neuromuscular pain and symptoms related to chronically-tight muscles and create greater mind-body awareness.
The attention will be on moving with skill, control, and awareness rather than aesthetic-orientated.
We will start with a brief breathwork sessions before the asanas practice. It will be a whole body somatics inspired hatha practice focusing on balancing poses, listening to your own body is encouraged. All levels are welcome.
The classes are donation based. suggested donation CHF20-CHF30 TWINT before the event to reserve your spot. Please bring your own yoga mat and props you might want to use.
