Discover the ancient Chinese practice of Qi Gong, a holistic system of coordinated body posture, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class is designed to help you cultivate your life energy, known as "Qi," to promote health, vitality, and inner peace. There will be gentle flowing movements, breathwork, meditation and tapping of acupoints to help remove energy blockages.
This class is donation based, pay what you feel is in alignment.
