I don't believe in "performing" or pushing to 100%. Instead, we focus on intention, listening to our bodies, and finding that sweet spot where physical challenge meets deep relaxation.The Experience:
- The "Switch": We begin by centering ourselves, shifting the "gear" from work mode to being present.
- Active Flow: A structured, balanced practice to strengthen your body and address those "office life" aches in the back, neck, and wrists.
- The Soothing Finish: A student favorite. We end with a long, guided relaxation and Savasana — a "balm of relief" for your nervous system that helps you drop the stress and leave feeling 100% better.
