- Yin yoga & body scan

The yoga element is gentle and accessible for all bodies, with practices drawn from slow Hatha, restorative, or Yin yoga traditions. No prior experience is needed β just curiosity and a willingness to slow down.
π§Ί All props are provided, including yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, chairs, and blankets to support your comfort throughout the session.
Join me, Karolina β a qualified yoga teacher (500+ RYT) and third-year MSc student in Mindfulness-Based Approaches at Bangor University, currently writing my thesis on these very attitudes β for a nourishing journey into the heart of mindful living.
