We meet outside in the garden of Kantorsgatan 24.
Practice is around an hour.
Wear comfortable clothes and I recommend doing it barefoot to get the best benefits of energy work.
Qigong is an easy to follow movement meditation practice and helps relieve stress, bring inner harmony and balance.
Even beginners can join.
It is a free class and participants can bring food and drinks to share, to have a peaceful breakfast/brunch in the garden, after the practice.
We usually talk about life and spiritual stuff
Jayamini is a certified QiGong Teacher from Lee Holden Qigong USA.
Looking forward for yet another joyful qigong group practice.
