Qigong is an easy to practice movement meditation technique which can help relieve stress and bring inner balance and harmony.
It involves body movements which mirrors the five elements of nature.

We meet outside the Kantorsgatan 24 building and often done barefoot.

Recommend to dress comfortable clothes and have some drinking water.

I am gonna be your teacher and I am a certified QiGong Teacher from Lee Holden Qigong USA.

Our past experience had been truly joyful and peaceful.

Even beginners can join this and it is a free session.
