Wonderful Women, you are warmly invited to join us in **celebrating your feminine heart** and the **joy of being a woman!**

This year, on International Women’s Day at Tara Oxford, Edrisa, Iulia and Elizabeth will host an event rejoicing in the different aspects that encompass femininity. The intention of International Women’s Day is to celebrate women, and this intention is greatly aligned with the principles of Yoga and Tantra. Part of bringing that sentiment alive is to explore and honour what it is to be feminine in all aspects of life.
The Tantric path venerates women as an **embodiment of the Great Feminine Energy in the Universe**, known in the Tantric tradition as **Maha Shakti**.

On this special day, we have the opportunity as women to come together and to shine as the goddesses we truly are and can be, through simply being together, learning from each other and enjoying all that it is to be feminine! The aim of this day is to nourish your feminine Soul with **creativity, heartful connection, sensuality, beauty and joy!**

Through the numerous wonderful ways we can connect to our feminine nature, we come to realise that all women are unique – the many parts that make up a beautiful mosaic of femininity.

We look forward to being together and celebrating with you!

11.15am – 12.15pm – Yoga for Connecting to Feminine Energies

2.45 – 3.45pm – Amplify your Feminine Energies \~ workshop with aphrodisiacs
3.45 – 4.45pm – Awaken your Heart through Sensual Dance
*4.45 – 5.40pm – Tea break* \~ time for creative expression and preparing for the next activity
5.40 – 7pm Ritual of Awakening to the Universal Feminine
