Yoga, Ayurveda + Aromatherpay

Classes are open to everyone whether you are a newbie, intermediate or advanced, there is something for everyone in these ALL LEVEL CLASSES.

No experience? Maybe you don't even know what Ayurveda is. That's OK! Don't be shy! During these weekly classes we will explore different aspects of ourselves through the practice of Yoga + Ayurveda and learn how to use essential oils for our health and wellness. Each week we will focus on a different topic! Come with your questions and health concerns or wellness goals.
