    Why yoga as protest?
A year ago, I was exhausted and unwell for months in a row - with life rushing through, I didn't feel like I belonged anywhere - and that the system was breaking me.

And I wanted to change that. I wanted to find the way of building resilience through connecting to the body, the nature, and people. Back then, I went back to my home village and it gave me many answers. When I returned I knew that I wanted to study yoga - and share what I learn with others.

Now I'm a 200-hour certified hatha yoga teacher, and I believe the most radical thing we can do right now is slow down together.

In case of extreme weather forecast expect a possible cancellation/change of agenda.
