Yoga at the Bookstore!

Hit the reset button with this mid-week class! Roll out your mat, have all your feelings, and work it all out in this Katonah Yoga inspired Vinyasa flow class. There'll be music, there'll be theory, there'll be flow, and there might even be some stories told (we are in a bookstore after all...). Open to all levels.
