About Megan
Megan’s yoga journey began in 2006 in her home state of Pennyslvania. She gravated towards the asana (physical) practice of yoga at a time of transition in her life. She immediately felt the benefits of the practice both on and off the mat. In 2016 she completed her first YTT in southern Spain. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to all and has since completed YTTs on inclusivity and trauma-informed yoga. Inspired by Ashtanga, Katonah and Hatha Raja Yoga, Megan’s teaching style focuses on creative vinyasa flows sprinkled with mobility and flexibility work, flowing between strength and softness. Megan strives to create a playful space where students can trust their bodies, tap into strength and grace and, through the practice of paying attention, discover a more subtle energetic body.
