Wim Hof Breathing Session

Wim Hof, also called the ice man travelled years around the globe to practice pranayama with different people.

He came back with simple protocol to strengthen body and mind.

We do 6 rounds and afterwards you can choose to leave or stay in deep mediation.

It easier to find stillness within after you have done some breathing excercise.

Bring:

  • (mediation)pillow

  • water to drink
