Join us on International Yoga Day for a mindful morning of movement, breath, community, and connection.

This special outdoor gathering is an opportunity to celebrate yoga beyond the physical practice. Together, we’ll move, breathe, reflect, and share a nourishing vegan brunch in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Yoga Practice (45 minutes)
A gentle, beginner-friendly yoga session suitable for all levels.

🌬️ 9:45 – 10:00 AM
Pranayama (15 minutes)
Simple breathing techniques to cultivate calmness, awareness, and balance.

📖 10:00 – 10:30 AM
Yoga Philosophy & Discussion (30 minutes)
A short introduction to the philosophy of yoga, followed by an open discussion where everyone is invited to share their thoughts, experiences, and what yoga means to them.

🥗 10:30 – 11:00 AM
Community Vegan Brunch
Please bring a vegan dish, snack, or drink to share. Let’s enjoy good food, meaningful conversations, and community spirit together.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years, you are warmly welcome.
