This 3 Sessions in 1 Yoga is a welcoming change from the everyday shedule of life an evening to spend the time with your family and loved ones but in a healthy way ,a learning experience together with good memories.
The sessions are as below:
15:00 -15:55 -Kids Yoga (Age 6 and above )
16:00 -16:55 -Family Yoga (1 kid + Adults) (Age 5 and above )
17:00 -18:00 -Yoga For Stress Relief(Above age 15)

The Kids Yoga includes

• The yoga poses in a fun way with animal refferences for them to remember .
• Fun filled Interactive session
• A small gift to take home for kids to remeber the session by
• Simple breathing techniques to relax their little mind

The Family Yoga includes

• Some pair poses to practice as a family
• Fika included

The Yoga For Stress Relief includes

• Beginner and Moderate Level yoga asanas
• Fika included
• Asanas that relieve stress and relax the entire body
• Pranayama breathing techniques for relaxation

The yoga mats,blocks and supporting aids are available at the location so no stress on carrying any.

Investment : Each one hour session costs 170kr an introductory Offer available
