A one-hour Vinyasa yoga session by the beach, designed to help you reconnect with your body, breath, and the natural rhythm around you. The class includes yoga breathing practices, a dynamic Vinyasa power flow, flexibility work, and a guided savasana to fully relax and integrate.
We’ll move through a fluid sequence that builds strength, mobility, and balance, while the sound of the waves supports a deeper sense of calm and presence. Open to all levels, this class offers a space to ground, energize, and share a mindful moment together in nature.
Please bring your yoga mat, water bottle, and wear cozy, comfortable clothes. After the class, some of us stay to share food, have lunch together, and enjoy a relaxed chat by the beach.
