Take time to enjoy a yoga flow with Stephanie Boomsma every Friday morning in a peaceful ambience and a fabulous soundtrack.

This Vinyasa yoga class is a flowing, meditative style, influenced by Ashtanga which focuses on the breath, strength and flexibility.

The gentle flow of postures will enable you to create a healthy, strong and more flexible body – at your own pace. Tune into the natural rhythm of your breath and allow your body to release in it's own time.

We will finish with a simple meditation practice to calm the mind and allow the body to absorb all the benefits of the practice.
