This is a social meetup group for anyone who is interested in yoga and meeting new like minded friends at the same time.
new to yoga? No worries. There will be beginner friendly sessions.

The meetups will usually take place in the Canary Wharf area of London but we will try different locations around London and also in the UK.
Real world meetups only- no online meetups.

This is a social meetup group for people to connect through the interest for yoga and make new friends, so we will be going for coffee, chai or other food /drink after the session most times.
This is not mandatory however and you do not have to stay on for the social after. (I understand we all lead busy lives now)
