KESARI- The Memory Studio, 3rd Floor, Kesari, #33, 60 Feet Rd, KHB Colony, 5th Block, Koramangala, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India, Bengaluru, KA, IN

Stress can accumulate in the body long before we consciously notice it, showing up as physical tension, restlessness, difficulty slowing down, or feeling disconnected from ourselves and our environment.
This World Mental Health Day special yoga workshop combines movement and breath to help you:-

  • slow down
  • ground yourself
  • reconnect with your body
  • build self-awareness
  • regulate your emotions
  • support your healing journey

The approach combines yoga practice with an understanding of mental wellbeing, emphasising choice, body awareness, boundaries, and moving at your own pace.
