Yoga con Bibi en La Ciudadela ✨ (más tarot al finalizar la clase)

Soy Bibi, amante del yoga, disfruto aprendiendo y compartiéndolo. Me especialicé en vinyasa yoga que es un estilo en el que se centra en fluir movimientos con respiración.

Mis clases son para TODOS LOS NIVELES, no importa si eres principiante o crees no tener flexibilidad, ¡el yoga es para todos! En ellas trabajamos la parte física con posturas, pero también, hacemos ejercicios de respiración, meditación y filosofía del yoga.

Necesitas:

Esterilla o toalla

Aportación:

A donación (mínimo 6 euros por clase)

Ubicación y hora:

La clase empieza a las 12:00 por lo que nos vemos a las 11:55 delante del Invernadero del Parque de la Ciutadella.

Eduardo, nos acompañará con su tarot. Por lo que, al finalizar la clase, estará disponible para que le puedas realizar dos preguntas y un consejo. (Esto tendrá un coste de 5 euros)

I am Bibi, a yoga lover, I enjoy learning and sharing it. I specialized in vinyasa yoga which is a style that focuses on flowing movements with breath.

My classes are for ALL LEVELS, it does not matter if you are a beginner or you think you have no flexibility, yoga is for everyone! In them we work the physical part with postures, but also, we do breathing exercises, meditation and yoga philosophy.

You need:

Mat or towel

Input:

A donation (minimum 6 euros per class)

Lenguage: if we have people who doesn’t understand Spanish I would do the class in English too.

Location and time:

The class begins at 12.00 am. so we will meet at 12.55 a.m. in front of the Invernadero del Parque de la Ciutadella (Ciutadella’s Park Greenhouse)

Eduardo will be joining us with his tarot. At the end of the class, he will be available for you to ask two questions and receive a piece of advice. (This will have a cost of 5 euros.)
