**Let's do some Yoga @Parque de Sao Roque!**

Take a break from your week and join us for an **energizing 60-minute power yoga session** in one of Porto’s beautiful garden.

This class is **dynamic but accessible**, you’ll sweat a little, stretch deeply, and leave more focused and grounded.

✨ **What to expect:**

* Gentle warm-up & breathing
* Sun Salutations (A & B) to build rhythm and heat
* Dynamic sequences for **strength and length**
* A grounding cool-down & final relaxation

**All levels are welcome**, whether it’s your first yoga class or you’ve been practicing for years.
I’ll always offer modifications so you can move at your own pace.

🧘 **Practical details**

* **Bring:** a yoga mat (or towel), water, and comfortable clothes.
* **Language:** English.
* **Duration:** 75 minutes.
* **Contribution:** Donation-based. And I mean it: *if you can’t give anything, just come anyway*. No barriers, no judgment.
* **Meeting point:** We'll meet at the fountain just near the Parque Infantil de Sao Roque. I’ll be there 15 minutes before class.
