What we’re about

We are ALL dancers! Every body is invited to join our dance workshop! dance is a practice that promotes body, brain and spirit health whilst having fun.
If you enjoy dancing, movement or music then you are likely to enjoy this. We focus on different aspects of our selves through yoga poses, free flowing as well as extremely loosely choreographed dance and meditation. For all ages and complete beginners are welcome.
Bring your open heart and mind and a pair of trainers and let's dance!
