What:
Enjoy 6 hours of yoga, meditation, stress management and some breath exercises with two yoga teachers from Berlin. Main focus of the day is recovery. You dont need any yoga experience!
The location is stunning - it is a boat on the Spree, so you will have a great view the whole time. The boat is modern and heated.
