OCDAHK is a registered mental health charity (91/16212) dedicated to those who are struggling with OCD, anxiety and depression.
We collaborate with yoga teacher Liz Lam to provide an online yoga session for anxiety and stress relief.
This is open to teenagers who are 15–18-year-old.
Yoga has been proven to have a lot of physical and mental benefits, which includes boosting the immune system, improving physical fitness, calming the mind and enhancing concentration.
