Ballroom dance is beautiful — and demanding. This group is for dancers who want to support their dancing with yoga that actually makes sense for the ballroom body.

We focus on balance, mobility, posture, core strength, recovery, and flexibility in a way that helps dancers move with more ease and confidence on the floor.

This group is open to social dancers, pro-am students, competitors, and adult dancers of all levels. No yoga experience is required.

Led by yoga teacher and longtime ballroom dancer, these classes and workshops are designed to help you care for your body, improve body awareness, and support your dancing in a practical, welcoming environment.

Come as you are. Bring your mat. Let’s help your body feel better so your dancing can too.
