Hello everyone 🌿
This will be our third session in the park, and we’re so grateful to be growing together.
This week, we’re bringing a sprinkle of playfulness into our yoga practice. While staying rooted in the traditional fundamentals of yoga — breath, awareness, and mindful movement — we’ll also open space for joy, curiosity, and a bit of fun.
About the session:
We’ll begin with grounding somatic movements and breathwork to gently wake the body and center the mind. From there, we’ll move into preparatory flows to activate the muscles and build the mind-body connection. Once we’re warm and connected, we’ll enter a playful exploration of some fun yoga poses — giving our bodies permission to try, wobble, fall, and rise with ease and synergy.
We'll close the session with a calming meditation to integrate this energy.
This playful approach is a powerful way to enhance both mobility and presence. When the nervous system is relaxed, the body moves with more freedom — and when we learn to move playfully on the mat, we often carry that lightness into our lives.
🧺 What to bring:
- A yoga mat, towel, or blanket
- A cushion or something soft to support your head or seat
- Water and your beautiful energy
