### About This Session
Join us for a free outdoor yoga session right here in the park! This is a perfect chance to try yoga in a relaxed setting, especially if you're looking to unwind and bring more calm into your week.
Have you heard about the amazing mind-body connection? In this session, you'll feel it firsthand. We'll gently release tension from your body, leaving your mind feeling incredibly relaxed and clear. Many of us, especially those with demanding jobs, carry stress in our bodies – think stiff shoulders and tight hips. This can make our minds feel restless. Our practice aims to ease these areas, helping you feel more relaxed, present, and energetic.
No experience needed! This session is designed to be welcoming for absolute beginners, as well as those with some yoga experience. We'll focus on how you feel, not how you look.

### What to Expect
During the session, we'll work with both gentle body movements to release tension and breathwork to calm your nervous system. You'll finish feeling much calmer in your mind. We'll conclude with Yoga Nidra, an ancient relaxation technique that's deeply restful.
### Important Notes & What to Bring
- Cost: Completely FREE! (As I'm just starting to offer my services in The Netherlands, these initial sessions are on me.)
- Weather: We're planning for clear weather, so let's hope for sunshine! (Check back here for any updates if the weather changes.)
- Invite Others: Feel free to bring a friend, partner, or family member along!
What to Bring:
- A yoga mat or a comfortable blanket.
- A small cushion or another small blanket for comfort.
- A bedsheet or towel (can be used as a yoga strap).
- A bottle of water.
- Please avoid heavy meals at least 90 minutes before the session.

I'm Jay, a former Data Scientist who found profound peace and joy through yoga after realizing that external achievements weren't bringing inner calm. My journey led me to study yoga from its roots in India, and now I'm passionate about sharing these benefits with others.
