We’re happy to invite you to a gentle and grounding session this Monday — a blend of breathwork, yoga, and an introduction to basic meditation.
This session is perfect if you’re looking to ease into the week with intention, reconnect with your body, and explore the foundations of mindfulness. Whether you’re completely new to meditation or already familiar, this space is designed to meet you where you are.
🧘 What to expect:
- Gentle breathwork to calm the nervous system
- A simple and accessible yoga flow to release tension
- A guided introduction to meditation — learning how to sit, breathe, and observe with softness
The goal is not perfection, but presence. By connecting to our breath and body, we start building the awareness that supports a calmer and more focused mind.

- A yoga mat, towel, or blanket to sit and move on
- A small cushion or something soft to sit comfortably during meditation
- Water and an open heart
