Hello Everyone,
Join us this Wednesday for a gentle Midweek Reset — a calming blend of breathwork, yoga, and meditation to help you pause, reconnect, and restore your energy.
This session is designed to bring you back to your center — especially if the week has felt a little fast, full, or scattered. Through mindful movement and stillness, we’ll create space to ground the body and quiet the mind.
🧘 What to expect:
- Soothing breathwork to settle the nervous system
- A gentle yoga flow to release built-up tension
- A calming meditation to reset your focus and presence
This is a practice to help you come back to yourself — clear, calm, and steady.
🧺 What to bring:
- A yoga mat, towel, or blanket to sit and move on
- A small cushion or something soft to sit comfortably during meditation
- Water and anything else you need to feel cozy
