It’s so heartwarming to see our Holisitic Wellness community growing so fast! I’m excited to announce the yoga sessions for the upcoming month and hope the weather will allow us a few more weeks of outdoor practice.

This session will be the first in a mini series of chakra-based yoga classes, where we’ll go together through each energy center over the coming weeks.

Join us for a grounding evening of Traditional Hatha Yoga & Chakra Meditation — a practice to harmonize body, breath, and energy.
Through steady postures, conscious breathing, and guided meditation, we’ll explore the subtle energy centers (chakras) and bring balance to both body and mind.

This practice is intended to leave you feeling centered, revitalized, and deeply connected within.

🧘 What to expect:

  • Traditional Hatha yoga postures to align and strengthen the body
  • Breathwork (pranayama) to deepen awareness and regulate energy
  • A guided chakra meditation to restore inner balance and clarity

🧺 What to bring:

  • Yoga mat, towel, or blanket to practice on
  • Small cushion or scarf for seated meditation
  • Water and anything else that helps you feel comfortable
