If you’re a lawyer who’s looking for something different to deal with the stress of your day to day life or if you're new to yoga, or curious about trying it in a way that is comfortable and works in a specialized way for a lawyer’s body and mind, this group is for you.
We meet to explore Svaroopa® Yoga, a profoundly different style from the fast-paced, workout-driven classes you may have seen in studios or online. This is yoga without the pressure to perform, compete, or “keep up.” It’s about deep spinal release, gentle support, and immediate relief from the tension and stress of legal life.
Since this is a new group the first few meetings will be meet and greet style so you can get to know me, Ashley Molson, Esq. a certified yoga teacher and an embodyment® yoga therapist.
Svaroopa® Yoga uses blankets, props, and customized adjustments so your body can fully relax and open to what you need most that day, no prior yoga experience required, and you get to be in relaxed loose and cozy clothing. We focus on quieting your mind, releasing chronic tension, and refilling your always seemingly empty cup so you can return to your work (and life) with more ease and presence.

Practicing attorneys, judges, paralegals
Complete beginners and seasoned yogi lawyers will benefit
This is a truly lawyer-friendly yoga practice
What to Expect:

Short introductions + gentle guided practice
Time to connect with other lawyers interested in well-being
Eventually we will expand to full length Svaroopa ® Yoga classes and 1:1 sessions will be available as well.
