Metta Yoga & Tea in the Park

Join us for our first event! We can't wait to meet you.
We'll do a relaxing yoga session and share tea in the park, weather permitting.
Our Metta yoga session combines beginner-friendly yoga, breathing exercises and a Metta meditation.
Metta comes from the Sanskrit word 'mitra', which means friend. We aim to cultivate feelings of friendship and compassion for ourselves and others.
Things to Bring:
- Yoga mat. The park can be muddy, so a mat you can get dirty.
- Wear mulitple light layers for warmth.
- Optional: Any tea or vegetarian finger foods you'd like to share. I'll bring some hot chai (black tea with milk).
