Yoga for Your Voice – Public Speaking & Confidence Practice

This isn’t about yoga mats or downward dogs — it’s about stretching a whole new muscle: your speaking skills. Just like yoga helps you build strength and flexibility in your body, Yoga for Your Voice helps you strengthen your confidence, expand your comfort zone, and find your true voice.

We mix fun, fast-paced speaking games with vocal warm-ups, breathing techniques, and real-world practice so you can:

-Speak with clarity, confidence, and presence
-Stay calm and grounded when all eyes are on you
-Push past nerves and speak up in any situation

Perfect for: beginners, seasoned speakers, professionals, creatives, and anyone who wants to sound as smart out loud as they do in their head.

Soft Launch Special: For the first month, sessions are FREE while I test, tweak, and shape this community. After that, there will be a small fee to keep it going strong.

All online via Zoom — come as you are, leave a little braver.
