Join our Mindfulness & Meditation community class every Thursday at 6:30 PM at Soham Yoga Centre, Harrow.
These donation-based sessions are open to everyone, regardless of experience. Whether you’re new to mindfulness or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll be welcomed with warmth and simplicity.
