This is a safe space where we will embrace our inner stillness through movement, flow, conscious dance, meditation, ritual and community.

At Soham, we are all about living authentically. Soham derives from the Sanskrit term meaning “I am That and That I am” Our facilitators are trained in the yogic arts of healing, relaxation, consciousness and bliss!

These evenings are a sober event, we will be providing warm Cacao, which is a ceremonial natural plant medicine, which opens the heart and allows for a natural, loving energiser. Connecting us back to our roots and our intentions.
Loose Evening Schedule
◈6:30 PM - 6:45 PM: Doors Open; Cacao Ceremony and Positive Intention Setting
◈6:45 PM - 8:00 PM: Conscious Dance
◈8:00 PM - 8:45 PM: Kirtan
◈ 8:45 PM - 9:00 PM: Sound Bath
◈ 9:00 PM - 9:15 PM: Closing Circle
◈9:15 PM - 09:30 PM: Optional Fruit Social to feel energetic

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We do not offer refunds if you cannot attend; however, we can transfer your ticket to another dance if you contact us via email at least 48 hours before the event. Alternatively, you are welcome to pass on your ticket to a friend, colleague or family member. If we need to cancel the session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund.
