Mindfulness requires us to be aware of what's around us and how our bodies feel. Meditation is a practice that reels in our thoughts to calm the mind.
In this time of stress, Meditation has proven to be highly effective in helping one to be more mindful in their daily experiences.
In this session, we would have warm-up yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness and meditation.

#### Instructions
Come in comfortable clothing, with a water bottle (if required).
Yoga mats, props, bricks, and blankets are provided.
We have a kitchen facility, two bathrooms, and chairs to sit on (if required).
