Yoga im Volkspark Mainz

📍 We’ll meet just before 7 at the Grillwiesen in Volkspark, Mainz
🤸 The flow will be a relaxed combination of hip and heart openers. Also suitable for beginners and moms to be.
🧘‍♀️ Please remember to bring your yoga mats & (if needed) props like blocks! And if you like, you can also bring a blanket for the final relaxation.
