What we’re about

Welcome to Yoga in the Park!
This group meets once or twice a week to practice yoga together in nature. Sometimes, we combine yoga with other fun activities or community events — so stay tuned!
Classes can be done in,Spanglish if you need it please request it 😊

Our classes are donation-based, but if you’re going through financial difficulties, you can still support us in other ways — for example by:
✨ Helping spread the word (invite friends!)
🌸 Bringing a friend who’s curious about yoga
💬 Sharing your feedback or positive energy in the group

🧘‍♀️ What to bring:
•A yoga mat, blanket, or large towel
•A towel for your knees if they’re sensitive
•Yoga blocks (optional, but helpful if your wrists or hamstrings feel tight)

A bottle of water and comfortable clothes
•Optional) A light jacket or blanket for relaxation at the end

If you have any injuries or medical conditions, please let me know in advance so I can prepare safe alternatives for you. However, make sure to consult your GP or healthcare provider before joining if needed.
