A week-long online series to start each day with 30 minutes of uplifting yoga & meditation for a bright, healthy, positive start to your day

We often wake up in the morning and go straight to work, anxious thoughts or get lost in our phones.

How about jumping on your mat with me and a friendly group to start your day brightly?

We’ll say hello then flow through half an hour of movement and meditation to awaken the spine, brighten the energy and clear the mind ready for the day ahead
