OM is the seed vibration. Bathing in its resonance clears mental and physical blockages. OM Chanting brings people together to share the positive vibrations of OM and their love for Mother Earth in local communities and nations around the world.
ANCIENT FIRE CEREMONY – KNOWN AS YAGNA
The ancient fire ceremony (yagna) helps us offer our material attachments so that they can be transformed into spiritual qualities. It is a ritual that carries our prayer directly to God.
Kirtan is a form of meditation, as your mind is occupied as you sing or chant along, clearing the mind from overthinking and bringing a sense of bliss.
