Let's practise Yoga under open sky to fill ourselves with new energy.
The session will be a mix of asanas from Hatha Yoga, including flow elements from Vinyasa Yoga, breathing exercises and meditation.

Hi, I'm Simone – yoga and relaxation teacher with specialications in hatha and yin yoga. My vision is to inspire people for a conscious way of living, making health a priority, and establishing healthy habits on a daily basis through nutrition, yoga and mindfulness.
I am offering this class on donation basis. In the end oft the class you can give what you feel the event was worth for you.
Come with comfortable clothes and bring your own mat.
I also recommend to bring socks, a jacket or a blanket so that you don't feel cold during the final relaxation.
