🌿 Inclusive Hatha Yoga in the Park 🌿
Join us for a gentle, inclusive Hatha yoga session in the fresh air. This class is designed to be accessible to all levels: whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. The focus is on mindful movement, breath awareness, and creating a supportive, judgment-free space for everyone.
🧘♀️ What to Expect
We’ll move through a series of slow, grounding postures (asanas), combined with breathing exercises and short moments of relaxation. Variations and options will always be offered, so you can adapt the practice to your body and energy level.
The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and non-competitive. Come as you are.
Total duration: ~60 minutes
🎒 What to Bring
- Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on (if you don’t have one, you can request one in advance via message)
- Water bottle
- Comfortable clothing you can move in
- Optional: blanket, sunscreen, hat, or layers depending on weather
📍 How to Find Us
We’ll be set up on the grass area.
Look for a small group with yoga mats

This is a donation-based class. You’re invited to contribute what you can, in a way that feels fair and sustainable for you, while also honoring the time, care, and dedication of the teacher holding the space.

Please register at least 24 hours in advance so we can organize the session smoothly
The class will take place with a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum number of attendees is not reached, the class will be cancelled.
To support the group and respect the logistics, please avoid last-minute cancellations whenever possible🙏
