In this workshop, we will guide you through a series of gentle and restorative poses designed to nourish your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a deep sense of relaxation. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi, this session is open to all levels.
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that targets the connective tissues in the body. By holding each pose for an extended period of time, we bring awareness to our breath and allow our bodies to release tension and find stillness.
This gentle practice will be followed by Yoga Nidra - yogic sleep journey.
