ACRO YOGA 4 Week Course at The Flow Room (Itaewon)

Our last two courses sold out but there are some spots available for the new course starting on Sunday April 11th!

Are you looking for something new, playful, challenging, and fun?
No partner necessary, come alone to build new skills and connections :)

WHAT

ACROVINYASA is where we take yoga from earth to air!

This 90 minute class will begin with a vinyasa flow yoga warm up followed by acro yoga! The short acro flow taught will be beginner friendly and you do not need to bring a partner! Everyone is welcome :)

Each week we will build upon the skills from the previous week, so it is advisable to join for the full 4 weeks! However if spots are available, you can join individual classes too. Booking options for individual classes will open after people have the opportunity to book the full course first :)

Acroyoga involves doing yoga poses with two or more people. It's a fun combination of yoga and partner acrobatics. The Yoga in acroyoga is the practice of trust, teamwork, and community building. You won't need any previous acro experience for this class, just be ready to play, have fun, and laugh a lot!

WHO

This class is taught by Eithne. Eithne is a certified yoga and acro yoga teacher. She loves to share acro yoga to enhance the spirit of play, trust and communication for everyone.
