My name is Earth, I don't like exercising, but I need to do it for my health and find yoga is good for fighting with my laziness. And I need a group effort to help me too.

I will do a yoga lead in the Morning for fun, so hope you will enjoy it too.

What to bring:

• Yoga Mat
• Water bottle
• Positive Energy :)
• ready to get dirty !
• (Optional) towel, any yoga gear i.e. blocks, straps etc.
