Unwind into your evening with fresh air, mindful movement, and intention. This outdoor yoga class is designed to help you release the day and feel grounded and calm so you can head into your week feeling clear, relaxed, and centered.
We’ll practice in a peaceful grassy area surrounded by trees, with plenty of shade to keep us cool and comfortable. The flow is accessible to all levels and focuses on building strength, flexibility, and presence—a great way to reset and recharge before winding down.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are. Modifications will be offered for beginners through advanced.
