Ease into your Sunday with fresh air, mindful movement, and intention. This outdoor yoga class is designed to help you feel both grounded and energized—so you can head into the week feeling clear, strong, and centered.
We’ll practice in a peaceful grassy area surrounded by trees, with plenty of shade to keep us cool and comfortable. The flow is accessible to all levels and focuses on building strength, flexibility, and presence—a great way to reset and recharge before the week ahead.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are. Modifications will be offered for beginners through advanced.
What to bring:
A yoga mat or towel, water, and anything else you need to feel comfortable.
