Yoga & Slackline in the Park

Come start your morning with movement, sunshine, and a little play! 🤸‍♀️

We’ll begin with a one-hour all-levels yoga flow under the trees 🌿 — designed to help you feel grounded, strong, and refreshed. The slackline will be open for free play after that, so feel free to hop on and have fun! Stay as long as you like or drop by just to try it out.

Schedule:

• Yoga: 9:00–10:00 AM
• Slackline: Come and go anytime after 10:00

No experience needed for either. Just bring a mat, water, and a sense of curiosity. Everyone is welcome. Please arrive a few minutes early so we can all settle in and begin on time.
