Building local Toronto yogic communities
We are excited to offer free community yoga practice this summer in the parks along Etobicoke's Bloor Village. This one hour session is intended to increase your flexibility, strength and balance. We will move through traditional yoga sequences, sonic and prana breath sequences to feel the oneness of body + mind + spirit.
These sessions are best suited for those who have some basic familiarity with the practice of yoga and enjoy being part of our beautiful city and village community. Come join in for this morning practice.
- What to bring: Yoga Mat + Water*
-Attire: Wear loose, stretchy, comfy clothing
Come practice amongst fellow Bloor villagers.
Given the natural vistas in which we practice, please minimize the use of any plastics and recycle where possible pre and post the yoga session.
